Terms & Conditions

Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Lonlee Cut'z (sole proprietorship, Jessy Watasa Wambi), Glockhammer 9, 41460 Neuss, Germany.

Booking appointments: Appointments are arranged through the external booking service Planity (planity.com). Booking creates a service agreement for the selected service between the customer and Lonlee Cut'z.

Payment: Payment for services is made in person at the barbershop (cash or card).

Rescheduling and cancellation: Appointments can be changed or cancelled directly via Planity, or by phone or email with Lonlee Cut'z. No fixed deadline is currently set; we ask for timely notice.

Liability: Lonlee Cut'z is liable within the scope of statutory provisions for damages arising from intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations.

Changes to these terms: We reserve the right to update these terms as needed, in particular once an online shop is introduced.
