Right of Withdrawal

This right-of-withdrawal notice applies exclusively to the future online sale of products (e.g. clothing and hair/beard care products) through our planned online shop.

Lonlee Cut'z currently only offers, through this website, the scheduling of appointments for services performed in person (haircuts, beard grooming, etc.). Since these services are performed and paid for in person at our premises in Neuss, this does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312c of the German Civil Code (BGB) — no statutory right of withdrawal applies to appointment booking.

Once the LONLEE.P online shop for product sales goes live, a complete right-of-withdrawal notice for distance contracts pursuant to Art. 246a EGBGB will be added here.
